When leadership gets complicated, clarity changes everything.

You’re already effective. But effective isn’t the same as aligned. If you’re making decisions in isolation, managing more than you’re leading, or wondering whether your next move is the right one, coaching gives you the space and structure to lead from a stronger place.

Strategy starts with clarity.

Whether you're leading a team, building something new, or figuring out what's next, the challenge is the same. It's not a knowledge problem. It's a clarity problem. Coaching gives you the space and structure to sort through competing priorities, make confident decisions, and move forward with purpose.

I Coach Leaders Who:

  • Are making big decisions without a real sounding board

  • Are building something ambitious and need a clearer path forward

  • Are navigating a career or organizational transition

  • Are growing fast and need to prioritize, delegate, and lead differently

  • Know what needs to change but can't get traction

  • Need the right people and resources but don't know where to start

How Coaching Works

Every engagement starts with understanding where you are.

From there, we build a coaching plan around your goals, your style, and the real challenges on your plate."

1. Get Clear

We start with a discovery conversation to understand your situation, your goals, and what's getting in the way. If assessments would help, I'll recommend the right ones for your situation.

2. Do the Work

Regular coaching sessions built around your priorities. Expect honest questions, strategic thinking, and practical next steps. Not therapy. Not consulting. A thinking partnership that sharpens how you lead.

3. See the Shift

Clearer priorities. Faster decisions. A team that's moving in the same direction. We track against what matters to you.

Tools I Use When They're the Right Fit:

I don't lead with assessments for the sake of it, especially when I don't know what your goals are yet. But when the right tool can unlock something, I'll bring it in, or review past assessments you've taken. Depending on your situation, that might include:

  • Kolbe A Index (how you instinctively take action)

  • CliftonStrengths (what energizes and drives you)

  • DiSC (how you communicate and collaborate)

  • Enneagram (what's driving your internal patterns)

  • Positive Intelligence (building mental fitness under pressure)

I also draw on frameworks like EOS and others when the work calls for operational structure.
