In March 2016, I was honored to be recognized as one of the winning founders at FoodBytes! San Francisco, an innovation platform by Rabobank. Our company, Pure Cultures, was developing natural alternatives to antibiotics for livestock — a mission rooted in advancing sustainable agriculture and public health.

Being spotlighted during Women’s History Month made this milestone even more meaningful, as it highlighted the vital role women play in shaping the future of food and agtech innovation. It was a powerful moment that reinforced my belief in entrepreneurship as a force for good — and my commitment to building businesses that create lasting impact.
